3. Client Responsibilities

- Obtain any necessary planning permission, building control approval, landlord consent, or other required permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional charges, or suspension of work.
4. Company Obligations
The Company agrees to:
- Perform services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Use materials that are reasonably suitable for their intended purpose.
- Comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.
- Maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
- Inform the client of material changes affecting scope, pricing, or scheduling.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise specified.
- A deposit may be required before commencement of works.
- For larger or phased projects, staged or progress payments may apply.
- Final payment is due upon substantial completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may accrue statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend work in the event of non-payment.
6. Changes, Variations, and Additional Works
- Client-requested changes must be agreed in writing.
- Variations may affect pricing, timelines, and warranty terms.

7. Cancellations and Termination
Consumer Contracts (Distance or Off-Premises)
Where applicable, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply. Clients may have 14 days to cancel certain contracts unless works have commenced with express consent.
General Terms
- Clients may cancel services with reasonable written notice.
- Deposits may be non-refundable where materials have been ordered, bespoke items commissioned, or labour scheduled.
- The Company may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, or breach of these Terms.
- Upon termination, payment is due for work completed and costs reasonably incurred.
8. Scheduling and Delays
- Project timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed completion dates.
- Delays may arise due to weather, supply chain issues, site conditions, client-requested variations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
9. Warranties

- Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, water ingress, structural movement, or alterations by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Limitation of Liability
